Both sides of the case are made in this building. Ice is water and fruit. Gelato is milk, churned slow and cold. Order one of each in a cup and you have a gelati.
Sample board for this demo. Flavors turn over weekly and the shop would keep the real list current. Every price above is marked TBC on purpose.
The shop sits at 111 N Water Street, a block off the courthouse lawn. Doors opened in July 2022 and the freezer case has been turning over ever since.
Walk in, look at the board, ask what is new this week. Somebody will hand you a taste before you commit.

The gelato tricycle rolls out to graduations, birthdays, weddings, office lunches and school events around Liberty. It needs no power and it fits through a normal door, so it goes places a truck cannot.
There is a full coffee bar in front of the freezer case, which is why the doors are open before the rest of the Square. Espresso, drip, milk drinks, and pastries brought over fresh by a baker nearby.
If you want both halves of the shop in one cup, order an affogato: a scoop of gelato with a shot poured over it at the counter.
Full drink list and prices: TBC with the shop.
